By accessing or purchasing from Nexa Garage, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the sale of automotive wheels and accessories from our Faisalabad location.
1. Order Booking & Payments
- Advance Requirement: To confirm any order, an advance payment is mandatory. Your order will not be processed or reserved until this payment is received.
- Finality: All advance payments for bookings are final and non-refundable.
2. Pricing Adjustments
Customers must acknowledge the following pricing variables:
- Cargo/Shipping: If delivery is requested via Cargo, the total price will be adjusted to include shipping fees based on current market rates, weight, and destination.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Choosing COD will result in a price change due to additional handling and service charges applied by our delivery partners.
3. Product Suitability
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the wheel size, bolt pattern, and offset are compatible with their specific vehicle model. Nexa Garage is not liable for fitment issues if the customer provides incorrect vehicle information.
4. Delivery & Risk
While we use reliable cargo partners, Nexa Garage is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or external factors beyond our control once the product has left our Faisalabad facility.
5. Returns & Refunds
As per our company policy, there are No Returns and No Refunds once a booking has been made or a product has been dispatched.
