1. Delivery Methods & Price Differences

Please review the differences between our two main shipping options carefully before placing your order:

Cargo Service

Price Impact: Total price changes based on weight and city distance.
Payment Type: Advance payment required for goods plus cargo charges.
Speed: Very fast (usually 24-48 hours to major hubs).
Best For: Bulk orders and heavy wheel sets (most economical).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Price Impact: Total price increases due to courier COD collection fees.
Payment Type: Advance booking fee required; balance paid at doorstep.
Speed: Standard courier speed (3-5 working days).
Best For: Customers who prefer paying the balance upon arrival.

Note: Cargo rates are calculated per set of 4 wheels. We will provide you with the exact shipping quote based on your city before dispatch.

2. Shipping from Faisalabad

All orders are dispatched from our hub in Faisalabad. Once your package is handed over to the cargo or courier service, we will share the tracking number or booking receipt with you via WhatsApp.

3. Inspection Policy

Customers are advised to inspect the outer packaging for any signs of damage before receiving the delivery from the cargo office or courier person.
